Registration is divided in two phases: member information (mandatory) and patient information (optional).
On the first form specify whether the person who is registering is an albino, an albino's relative or someone just interested in the subject. Albinos may indicate their name and those of other albino's family member, specifying the number.
Relatives of albinos however, should indicate the number of relatives the albino has and fill the page relating to each of them, on the second form.
Patient information collected will be used exclusively for statistical purposes. Subscriber information will be used in accordance with the principles of privacy protection provided by the Law 31.12.1996 n.675 and other regulations enforced.

The fields "Nickname" and "Password", will be used to access the website's services.
For these two fields it is required to have at least 1 character with a maximum of 16.
The characters allowed are: a-z A-Z 0-9 . _ -
The fields marked with star (*) are required.
