Registration for the portal Albinismo.eu no cost, simply fill in the form. If you wish to just leave a comment, an impression, ask a question or simply leave trace of your passage, you can do so through the guestbook.

Registration is divided in two phases: member information (mandatory) and patient information (optional).

In this first module, specify whether the person who is registering is an albino, an albino's relative or someone just interested in the subject.
Albinos, as well as indicate the following information may specify the number of any family with albinismand fill the page relating to each of them, on the second form.
Relatives of albinos however, should indicate the number of relatives the albino has and fill the page relating to each of them, on the second form.
Patient information collected will be used exclusively for statistical purposes. Subscriber information will be used in accordance with the principles of privacy protection provided by the Law 31.12.1996 n.675 and other regulations enforced.

The fields "Nickname" and "Password", will be used to access the website's services.
For these two fields it is required to have at least 1 character with a maximum of 16.
The characters allowed are: a-z A-Z 0-9 . _ -
To receive updates on: website content, conventions, meetings and more generally, to receive communications from the staff, it is suggested to use a valid e-mail address.
The fields marked with star (*) are required.
